Cancellation Policy

1. Age Restrictions All hirers must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by a responsible adult. 2. Bookings & Payments All booking fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled booking date. Any consumables required or used must be paid for upfront and in full. 3. Liability & Personal Property The company accepts no liability for personal injury, loss of or damage to hirers’ personal property, equipment or media files, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 4. Damage & Equipment Hirers are responsible for any loss of or damage to the studio facilities and all supplied equipment. Any such loss or damage must be paid for in full by the responsible hirer. 5. Drugs, Smoking & Alcohol The company operates a zero-tolerance drug policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and directly outside the premises. Alcohol must not be brought onto or consumed anywhere on site without prior permission from the company owners. 6. Conduct & Behaviour Intimidating, threatening, abusive or violent behaviour towards staff or other users will not be tolerated. Any such behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and a permanent ban from using the facilities. 7. Right to Terminate The company reserves the right to terminate any booking or session at any time, for any reason, where deemed necessary. 8. Acceptance of Terms By making a booking and using the facilities, hirers agree to comply with this policy and all reasonable instructions issued by company staff. Management reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
